Our return / refund Policy
Merchandise may be refunded or exhanged under the following conditions:
- The original receipt must be present for all refunds within 30 days of purchase.
- The return must be completed using the original method of payment and card used at the time of purchase, if applicable.
- All merchandise must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging.
- All custom orders (ex: liners, covers, non-stock items, etc.) and sale items are final sale.
- No refunds on any pool and/or spa chemicals, for health and safety purposes.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.
- The return must be completed using the original method of payment and card used at the time of purchase, if applicable.
Service refund conditions:
- John's Leisurescapes requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation of a service appointment. A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if less than 48 hours notice is given. All refunds needing to be made will be done via etransfer and minus a processing admin fee of $25.
