Our return / refund Policy Merchandise may be refunded or exhanged under the following conditions: The original receipt must be present for all refunds within 30 days of purchase. The return must be completed using the original method of payment and card used at the time of purchase, if applicable. All merchandise must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging. All custom orders (ex: liners, covers, non-stock items, etc.) and sale items are final sale. No refunds on any pool and/or spa chemicals, for health and safety purposes. Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. Service refund conditions: John's Leisurescapes requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation of a service appointment. A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if less than 48 hours notice is given. All refunds needing to be made will be done via etransfer and minus a processing admin fee of $25.
