Current Water Testing Procedures:
1 - Drop of sample in a recyclable, non-returnable container in our back porch blue drop bin. Please try to limit samples to once a month, if possible, as testing reagents are currently limited.
2 - Make sure sample label includes: Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, If its a pool or spa sample, and water clarity. If we have never tested your water before, please also include pool size and type of sanitizer.
3 - We will contact you with your results via email or by phone if no email is left. Results will be within 24 hours.
4 - Place your product order through our online store, by phone or by email. Pick up curbside when its ready, either same day or next day. If you are not wanting to wait for us to test your water, we also sell test strips or test drop kits for home use.
The staff at John's have over 35 years experience in pool services. We are a small family business and believe that good business means building relationships.
John's Leisurescapes carries pool and spa chemicals (BioGuard, SpaGuard, Backyard Brands), parts and equipment (filters, pumps, vacuums and more) and offers complimentary water testing and computer diagnosis. Anything that we don't currently have in stock, we can usually order in for you!
